Spring Detangler and Dispenser
This device will automatically separate and feed springs or any other similar cylindrical parts. It is ideal for feeding or separating open or closed coil springs. A plastic tube can be attached to the spring sorter to transfer the springs to an escapement mechanism or other processes.

The main housing is fabricated from aluminum and is powder coated. Spinning chamber is made of stainless steel. A dry compressed air is required to move the springs in the chamber. Voltage requirement is 120VAC. A timer and two valves will cycle the air inside of the chamber. Each unit is custom built based on spring diameter, length, and weight. Feeding rate can be up to 60 pieces per minute depending on the springs.
